Biography

A career built on teaching first, transacting second.

I entered real estate in 1995 with a conviction that has shaped every decision since: clients deserve counsel, not persuasion. Over three decades, that discipline has earned the trust of thousands of families, business owners, and long-term investors across Middle Tennessee.

Alongside client work, I holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations two of the most demanding credentials in commercial and management practice and serves as an NAR-approved instructor, training the next generation of REALTORS® in ethics, valuation, and investment strategy.

The result is an advisor who is equally comfortable guiding a first-time homebuyer through a purchase contract as structuring a multi-property investment strategy for an experienced portfolio holder.
